In this level, killing your patient will save more lives than everyone in the game so far combined. Why? Because your patient is a bomb – created by the same terrorist group that is behind the bio weapon GUILT Use that Surgeon’s touch to defuse an attack on a convention room full of doctors, in Trauma Center: 2nd Opinion for Nintendo Wii!

That is one hell of an understatement.
@BassT3hYoshi Yeah, I agreed. Except for the fact that one mistake, in particular areas (ok a lot of areas), on the DS version was instant game over (with a nice dash of explosion.). No complaints though since it kinda felt more realistic and scary. Wii version seems kinda easier, I was somewhat disappointed.
I find it harder to suspend my disbelief when I operated on this bomb.
The Wii version has its merits, for sure, but I will always prefer the DS one.
This looks way easier than the DS version…

i remember mission fails on his, the medical board will be notified, derek disappeare from caducea and was never seen again, the burden of patients proved to much for him… NO WONDOR HE WAS NEVER SEEN AGAIN A F—— BOMB BLEW HIM TO SMITHERINES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Agghh, this took me several gazillion tries because I kept hitting the red panels right at the very last bit… When I finally finished it, I remembered I had the god-damn Healing Touch! Stoopid Delphi and their stoopid bombs and stoopid GUILT. STOOPID!! D8
Ha, when you got the “Operation Successful” , it said THE PATIENT WAS SAVED. I certainly hope not. . .
