Classic Game Room HD reviews METROID PRIME 3: CORRUPTION for Nintendo Wii. Samus is back in the 3rd Metroid Prime (the 1st two are on Gamecube) and pushed the Wii to its limits with outstanding visuals, smooth gameplay and explosive sounds. Why don’t all Wii games look like this?? This CGRHD review of Metroid Prime 3 Corruption has gameplay footage from Metroid Prime Corruption showing Samus in game play, are you stuck in a section? Well, hope you found this in a search engine because I used the word stuck, Xbox 360 and PS3 (ha!), but I can’t help you there. However CGRHD likes Metroid Prime 3 Corruption and gives it a good review with favorable opinions. Although CGRHD prefers non-stop blasting and explosions, the puzzle and problem solving parts of Metroid Prime 3 will appeal to fans of the series and fans of science fiction adventure games. This is a first person shooter style game that uses the Wii controller and nunchuk to control where Samus aims and moves. It’s a very unique control system that has rave reviews from Wii fans everywhere. Turn into a pinball and roll through tight spots, double jump, use the super fancy-word power up laser thingy and upgrade your awesome space ship. Metroid Prime 3 Corruption is a flagship title on the Wii and is a well made, challenging and lengthy video game from Nintendo. While I still prefer the 1987 NES Metroid, this one is a must play on the Nintendo Wii. Will there be a Metroid Prime 4 release in 2009 or 2010? Is there a

the reason why i only got a wii is becuase it has someting different from pc. the console has better control, unice games AND fast boot time.
360 and ps3 has only fast boot time

i tell you ONE thing about cpu:s
a wii cpu work less to do the SAME thing compared to older cpu:s 3 to 5 times actually

well graphics are limitated to 2003 software thats all the wii is is a gamecube. it looks ok controls great and is a good game. but the graphics can never be as good as something current today.

dude that computer is powerful inuf to emulat wii games

agree

Ah, but that’s a computer, not a console. You can’t compare them like that.

If the graphics are bad that’s the fault of the game’s creators, not the platform. As for the controls, half of the same thing, half that I think it’s obvious you don’t own one.

wii has bad graphis and fucking gameplay, i like metroid prime corruption but not wii!

the first MP had the most classic “metroid-y” atmosphere, thats likley why its generally regarded the most memorable. 2 and especially 3 took the series and fleshed it out a bit more in ways once considered unconventional for a metroid game (less solitary, silent, somber)…

not a bad thing (just look at the new Another M Metroid), but its wasnt as readily familiar to many.

i think it might be possible to clock up i7 to something like 5 GHZ. but it is not the number of ghz that makes the i7 powerfull

and no 4.0 GHZ dousn´t mean the speed of your pc. it means the clock frequensy of the cpu which is´t the same thing as speed.

du you know why mac is faster than outers computers even thought the number of GHZ is lower

4.0 ghz means the speed of your pc (im still wondering how many ghz dose i7 do)

you are such bad at this game. you think it´s HARD to aim.
also you can walk whjile pressing 1 buttom

yes but you need to have a i7 overclocked 24 times (actualle less than 3 times)

you can change the control settings on wii

Personally I like how they made you pull levers and such

I reccomend the trilogy version. You can get the whole Prime trilogy with Wii controls, all for the price of one game.

But i just think that it didn’t feel as grand as the first two in the sense of new enemies, the puzzles in the 3′rd one are great such as the first two, but i like the bosses, armor, guns, and story in the first 2, but still whole heartedly enjoy the third one as well! I love this series!

As for the second one, i really love the story line, and love the multi player, love the gun, that one has my favorite guns, favorite enemies and just love it, the armors in that one to, but like i said, the story in the second was amazing in my opinion, and so was the first one. I think the other two were more vast, had better enemies, and better stories, this game has a really fun fun story as well, and also fun gameplay, becaue of the new wii features….continued…

Um i wouldn’t say that they are like better, well i guess i would say i think they are better lol, it is just i absolutely love the first game, like all of the areas in the game, so mazing, i think the final boss is way more fun in the first one, i like the armor a lot more in the first one, i like the ship in the first on lol, i just like a lot of the first game aspects a lot! …. continued..

@shon009

Why does everyone keep saying 1 and 2 are better than 3? Maybe you enjoyed them more than three, but is it really because they are better, or because they were revolutionary at the time and the nostalgia adds to the enjoyment? I never played them when first released. I just finished 1, and a quarter through 2, and a quarter through 3, and I love them all, BUT, I find 3 to be the most enjoyable so far.

@dog5244

I got the Trilogy for $35 with no scratches :P

@GreatGobstoppers

I know what you mean. I got the Trilogy used for $35. I had never played them before, and never had a gamecube, so they are all new to me. Three of the best games I have played!

The guy says he doesn’t like the controls because he isn’t any good at aiming. But he fails to mention the control options. It is recommended that players select “Advanced” controls. The controls are some of the easiest and most intuitive I have seen, and aiming is as easy as, well, pointing the Wii remote. How can that be difficult? Also, he says pushing a button would be just as easy as using motion controls. Well, motions controls are more immersive, stop stop whining about them.

lol

Please play super metroid.
